The Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce has special programs and events open for sponsorship. Sponsoring an program or event is a great way to get your company in the spotlight.
Networking Before Nine breakfast meetings
Breakfast meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of the month (with the exception of May), beginning at 7:45 a.m. Program topics vary and are usually set depending on the hot topics.
Some breakfast programs are set, such as the Legislative Debate in October, Economic Forecast in January, Essay Contest in April and the Annual Awards in June.
Sponsoring a breakfast offers you the opportunity to set up a small display, hand out information or promotional items to the participants and have 5 minutes speaking time to sell your company’s products or services. As the sponsor, you also have the opportunity to have your staff greet the attendees as they arrive.
Business After 5 O’clock – Networking at Noon
Our Business After 5 O’clock Mixers and Networking at Noon events are normally held on the 3rd Wednesday of the month year round with the exception of December. The atmosphere is the most relaxed and casual of our networking events. It is a place to unwind, relax and meet the people you do - or want to do - business with.
Most mixers have an average attendance of 60 - 100 persons. The event is loosely structured with only brief remarks by the sponsor during the door prize drawing.

Annual Luncheon
The Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce holds its yearly meeting of membership in May. The luncheon pays tribute to the outgoing president and board members as well as introduces the members to the incoming president and newly elected members to the Chamber Board of Directors.
The winners of the Annual Awards for Business Woman, Business Man, Entrepreneur, For-Profit Organization and Non-Profit Organization of the Year are also announced.
Golf Outing
The Schuylkill Chamber Annual Golf Outing is held in July at one of our member golf courses - Hidden Valley Golf Course, Mountain Valley Golf Course or the Schuylkill Country Club - that rotate on a 2 year schedule. The format is a 4-man scramble with a shotgun start and is normally held in July.
Sponsorships are available at several levels for the golf outing: Main Event sponsor, lunch/dinner sponsor, hole-in-one sponsor, putting contest sponsor, pot-of-gold sponsor and hole sponsor.
The event is a great day for our members and a wonderful opportunity as a sponsor to meet-and-greet the golfers.
Planning for the event begins in January by a special committee.
